1. Registration

  • Visit an authorized ILC agents near your place for counseling and registration process. Be oriented with the courses offered and the school policy.


2. Payment confirmation

  • If the registration and application have been completed, issuance of invoice will be given and you are required to pay three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date in ILC. Afterwards, the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be sent to the agency confirming your submission.


3. Booking for tickets

  • ILC will receive students preferably on weekend since Level test is to be taken on Monday morning. Students must book a round-trip ticket.


4. Pre-departure Orientation

  • You must inform the agency about your flight details so they can assist you on the required items to bring before departing and for brief orientation about pick-up after arrival.


5. Preparation of personal belongings

  • Personal stuffs like travel insurance, currency exchange, international debit card, luggage, etc. must be prepared before the departure date.


6. Departure

  • You must be at the airport a couple of hours prior to your departure to avoid complications. It will usually take few hours to get to Cebu Airport and travel time may vary depending on which country you are from.


7. Pick-up

  • Make sure to claim and keep your belongings with you before meeting up with the ILC staff. A representative will be waiting for you at the airport to bring you to your hotel accommodation.


8. Hotel Arrival

  • Hotel receptionist will confirm your stay at the hotel and will assign you to your designated room number. You will be informed about the rules and regulations implemented in the hotel.


 9. Placement Test

  • We give placement test on the first day of the students, usually (Monday) to determine their levels and assigned appropriate books to use. Counseling with the Head Teacher will be available for students who wants to change course.


10. Orientation

  • After taking the placement test, students will have an orientation about the school information, classes, procedures, and the like. Students will also be informed on the school policies and consequences if students fail to comply with the requirements.


11. Start of classes

  • First day of classes will be on the day after the orientation.
